THROWING Membership plan

Former MLB pitcher, World Series Champion, and Texas A&M University baseball star, Alex Wilson, heads up THE LAB’s robust year-round Throwing Membership designed for both position players and pitchers looking to gain velocity, prevent injury, and learn proper throwing mechanics. Alex was a standout at Winthrop University and Texas A&M University and was drafted in the second round of the 2009 MLB draft by the Boston Red Sox. He played seven MLB seasons with the Red Sox, Detroit Tigers, and Milwaukee Brewers. He was a member of the 2013 World Series Champion Red Sox team.

Available training sessions take place at THE LAB Monday-Friday, 8am-11am.

Players can attend any time during the 3-hour window for their training (typically 30-60 minutes daily depending on each player’s personalized program).

This program is designed for both position players and pitchers looking to gain velocity, prevent injury, and learn proper throwing mechanics. Ages 8 and up (will be grouped according to age for custom workout plans).

  • 16-20 Hours/Month Small Group Training
  • Up to 5 training sessions per week
  • Includes THROWING, SHOULDER (Health and Strength), PLYOMETRICS, and CONDITIONING
  • Each player will receive a customized weekly program to complete
  • Monthly assessments to monitor progress

With your monthly training membership, you are provided up to 5 (typically 30-60 minutes in duration) throwing sessions per week, designed  and overseen by Alex.

Players will be grouped by age and sport.

No, you can cancel your membership at anytime.

Yes, but you won’t be automatically added back in if there is a waitlist.

The beauty of our training model is the flexibility. You can train at The Lab, Monday-Friday at times convenient to you.

Our unique player development model is run via our monthly memberships.  By becoming one of our members you are essentially becoming a part of our family.  Personal relationships will be built, friendships will be made, and training will be maximized. Each membership group becomes their own unique team that trains and competes together on a weekly basis.

Yes, we offer individual training sessions with our instructors (weekends only).
