Jae Fadde comes to The Lab at HUSTLE3 bringing 10 years of SEC baseball & softball coaching experience at Texas A&M University and the University of Missouri. Jae played four years of NJCAA and D-I NCAA baseball at Rend Lake CC and the University of Southern Indiana. Having previously served as Director of Player Development, he enjoys implementing all of the training technology and equipment that The Lab at H3 has to offer. His teaching methods are geared towards building a consistent mechanical platform and progressing into the mental components of the game.
